Accessibility Statement
How MDLabs approaches accessibility on this website, the measures built into the current design and how to report an accessibility problem.

Our accessibility commitment
MDLabs wants this website to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible. We design and maintain the site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as an important reference point for accessibility decisions.
We do not currently claim formal WCAG conformance or independent accessibility certification. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing part of the website build, content process and quality assurance rather than a one-off exercise.
Accessibility measures built into the website
The current website includes semantic page headings and landmarks, a "Skip to main content" link, visible keyboard focus treatment for primary navigation, links, buttons and form controls, descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, and decorative image treatment where an image does not add information.
The main enquiry form uses visible labels associated with its fields, identifies required fields, uses appropriate email input behaviour and standard browser autocomplete hints for name, email, organisation and job role where applicable.
The site is also designed to adapt across common desktop, tablet and mobile screen sizes.
Testing and current status
On 18 September 2026, we corrected and retested skip navigation on the four legal pages and four case studies. Cookie-preference checks covered Space activation, forward and reverse Tab navigation, Escape, saving preferences and restoring focus. Selected pages and the cookie dialog were also checked at a 320-pixel viewport width.
Screen-reader testing and checks on physical mobile devices remain part of final launch QA. These browser checks are not a full independent accessibility audit or a claim of WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance.
Known limitations
At the date of this statement, we have not identified a specific accessibility issue that prevents access to the website's core information or enquiry route. However, a full independent accessibility audit has not been completed, and further testing may identify issues that require improvement.
Where a material accessibility limitation is confirmed, we will aim to address it as part of the website improvement process and update this statement where appropriate.
